Golden Age Productions - Background Page

About Our Show:

Originated by Producer Mary Lou Weir, and Artistic Director Virginia Binko, the first official Golden Age Variety Production took place in March of 1995 on stage in the beautiful Theatre Aquarius, Hamilton, Ontario.

Our mainstage production features over 80 performers all past the age of 55, who are involved in all levels of the production from set and costume design, ticket sales, and most of all, to performing.

Annual fall auditions offer a chance for talented new acts to be included in our show. Each year a new and exciting theme is chosen. The main goal of the group is to provide the audience with a wonderful, memorable experience and to inspire all of those who still have creativity to offer.
